1st Phorm, proud sponsor of the Bike MS: Gateway Getaway, welcomes you to the Fenton HQ on Thursday, May 16th for a spin class to benefit Bike MS! This class caps out at 45 attendees, so pre-registration is required.

EVENT SCHEDULE - THURSDAY, MAY 16TH

• 5:00 to 5:15 PM - all riders check in and complete waiver

• 5:20 - 5:30 PM - let's talk Bike MS on the back turf

• 5:30 PM - 45 minute spin class with Katie begins

• 6:15 to 6:30 PM - post ride refuel provided by 1st Phorm
