Celebration of our 40th Anniversary

In celebration of our 40^th Anniversary, we’re going back to the 80’s with our Movie night! Our featured film is E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. Once again will be in IMAX theatre at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum. This timeless Spielberg classic, beloved for its heartwarming tale of friendship and adventure, will play after our Saturday night program. We will of course have all the essential movie treats—popcorn and candy of course.

Cyclists love Oregon and the scenic wine country roads in and around McMinnville. Join us for two days of amazing memories and fantastic routes.

Our start/finish is at Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum.

The routes travel along past vineyards, cross creeks and have relaxing pastoral farmland views.

No matter the route you select expect adventure and fun to await you!

Packet Pickup Info

Join us for Packet Pickup to get your assigned rider number, rider t-shirt, and Club K jersey (if you fundraised $1,000 or more)!

Packet Pickup will be taking place on Saturday, September 14th at The NMSS Chapter Offices located at 5331 S Macadam Ave in Portland from 10:00 am-1:00 pm. Please note that you must have met your $250 minimum fundraising to collect your packet.

Team Captains can pick up team member packets if all fundraising minimums have been met. Riders can also pick up packets on-site at Evergreen during the event weekend. Check the schedule for registration hours.

Tent Camping & RV Parking

Tent Camping is offered to Bike MS participants on a first-come, first-served basis. We will also have a parking lot for RVs. There are no hook-ups on the lot; any power needs you have will need to be handled on your own through a generator. There is no cost for either of these options. There will be portable restrooms nearby both Tent Camping and RV Parking. Showers will be available at the Wings and Waves Waterpark, make sure you bring your own towel and toiletries.

Hotel Accommodations

There are many lodging options in and around the McMinnville area. Don’t forget to check out local Airbnb and VRBO options. Please make lodging arrangements EARLY to avoid disappointment. All riders are responsible for arranging their own accommodations during the bike weekend.

Food

Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered… 

Each route includes fully stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy time with the volunteers along with support and gear (SAG) vehicles along the route to assist you.

After you cross the finish line, we will have plenty of local food information handy.

Bike MS: Oregon is delighted to have Breakside Brewing back in the Beer Garden for the third year running! After a day of cycling, there's nothing better than unwinding with their exceptional brews. Big thanks to Breakside for serving up superior suds to our riders. Cheers!

Bike Shops
