From Richmond, the ride will continue along on the east bench with beautiful views of the Cache Valley to Franklin, ID, for rest stop number three (don’t forget to bring a few bucks to buy lottery tickets). From Franklin, the 75-mile route will continue to Lewiston for Lunch. The 100-mile route will ride to Dayton and then to Lewiston for lunch. Camping
Camping at the Cache County Fairgrounds will be available through reservation on a first come, first serve basis. There are three types of spots available this year – RV hookups with power and water access, RV hookups with power hookup only, and tent camping spots with no hookups.
Reservations are open to 2023 Top Fundraisers/Club K riders starting on April 3rd and then open to all other riders starting on April 25th. Top Fundraisers/Club K can still make reservations after April 25th, but can’t guarantee a spot.
If you don’t need an RV spot, please still email Kaity Coward that you will need a camping spot.
To reserve any of the RV spots, please follow these steps:
- Review the 2024 Bike MS Utah Camping Map for available spot locations. Each type of spot is indicated on the map in a different color and a key is on the map.
- Email your top 3 locations AND PLEASE SPECIFY SPOT # AND COLOR, in case your first choice is unavailable, to Kaity at kaity.coward@nmss.org no later than Friday, June 7 – again this is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!
- If all spots are reserved, we will start a waitlist. If you are on the waitlist, you will be notified if you have a spot as soon as one opens, but no later than Tuesday, June 18.
Other important camping information
- Camping at the Cache County Fairgrounds is available free of charge beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 21 and going through 5 p.m. on June 23. Any attempts to arrive earlier will be ticketed and towed, any early markings to reserve space will be torn down prior to this time.
- Upon entry to the Fairground, you need to fill the space you occupy with tents, trailers or bodies. No roping off of large empty spaces will be allowed.
- Tent campers should be considerate of RV hookups and camp in areas that do not block access to RV hookups.
- Excess vehicles should be parked by the rodeo grounds to provide as much open space as possible for all Bike MS participants.
Lodging
We don’t have room blocks at local hotels in Logan for riders. Please visit the Cache Valley Visitors Bureau website for a list of local hotels. Be sure to reserve sooner than later as the hotels will sell out!
Parking is plentiful and available right at the Cache Valley Fairgrounds – free of charge.
