Tour of Champions Event Weekend
Pre-Event Weekend
- Registration will open in early June, register by June 30th to secure your spot!
- Flight confirmations will be shared via email in mid-August
- We will host Tour of Champions kick off events to share weekend details and to meet your fellow TOCers!

- New to TOC? You will be paired with a veteran TOC buddy to welcome you to our group! Expect to hear from your buddy before we leave, they will be able to answer your questions and guide you on how to make the most of your Tour of Champions experience.
- Bike Drop off (Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio based riders)
- Bikes will be transported to Rohnert Park via a chartered 18-wheeler, your bike will be wrapped in a blanket and secured by MS staff in Houston. We will unload your bikes upon arrival in Rohnert Park, and place them in a secured bike room. Sunday morning, we will re-load your bikes and send them back to Houston
- Your staff partner will assist with bike drop off, dates for drop off and pick up will be determined closer to the event.

Because weather and other factors may affect operating conditions, departures and arrivals cannot be guaranteed. Thursday, September 4
- Bike MS staff will greet you at baggage claim at the Airport.
- As groups arrive, we will shuttle to the hotel, approximately a 75-minute ride.
- Upon arrival, check in to your hotel room, or store your bag with the concierge if your room is not yet ready.
- Head up to the Hospitality suite to mingle, grab your TOC SWAG, and a bio book, stop into the Bike room to check on your bike, or spend some time exploring on your own Thursday afternoon.
- Join us for dinner and a presentation on the latest MS research.
Friday, September 5
- Join us for breakfast at the hotel
- On Friday we offer several optional activities, please note, all activities run concurrently, so be sure to choose your favorite!
- Riding: 46 miles with 1,900ft of elevation. This route will wind through the Sonoma Valley past many famous vineyards. This will be a fully supported ride, with stops every 12-15 miles, SAG support, and route marking.
- Explore Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve: California’s coastal redwoods are the world’s tallest living things, these trees live to be 500 – 1,000 years old and can grow up to 250 feet tall! The Reserve includes a visitor center, self-guided nature trails, and picnic facilities. We will provide a shuttle to the Reserve and a picnic lunch. Excursion Cost: $50/person - Visit the Sonoma Town Square: Visit Sonoma’s historic plaza! Check out the San Francisco Solano Mission—the last of California’s great missions, browse downtown Sonoma’s shops and boutiques, including the original Williams Sonoma store! Grab lunch at one of the many restaurants and cafes, or take part in a wine tasting in one of the many tasting rooms.
Excursion Cost: $30/person - Wine Tour: Sonoma County is widely acknowledged as one of California’s most distinguished wine regions. Hop on a shuttle with your favorite TOC friends as we visit a variety of vineyards to experience all that the Sonoma Valley has to offer! Please note: the excursion fee covers transportation, itinerary coordination, and a boxed lunch. Tasting fees will be collected at each individual winery. We expect to make 2-3 stops with fees running between $35 and $55 per winery per person. Additionally, the shuttles have 2-3 steps from the ground into the vehicle, for those needing accessibility assistance, our staff will have vehicles to assist with transportation. - Friday night dinner is on your own. We recommend making reservations ahead of time.
Saturday, September 6
- Join us for breakfast at the hotel before we set out to ride!
- Wear your 2025 Top Fundraiser jersey and join us for a 46 mile ride with 1,850 ft of elevation gain. This route will take us through the Petaluma farmlands with beautiful scenery and rolling hills. You will have the option to take a shorter route, bringing the total mileage to 27 miles and only 900 ft of elevation. This will be a fully supported ride, with stops every 12-15 miles, SAG support, route marking, and lunch at Mary's Pizza Shack following the ride.
- If you prefer not to ride, feel free to join the riders for a post ride at Mary’s Pizza Shack, 1 block from the hotel
- After the ride, join us for a round table discussion about fundraising, or spend some time in the hospitality suite.
- We will gather in the hotel lobby at 4:30 to shuttle to our final evening event
- Let’s PARTY! We will cap off our trip with dinner and dancing to celebrate another incredible year of fundraising!
Sunday, September 7
- After breakfast, we will load the truck to return to Houston with your bikes. Please have all items returning on the truck in the bike room by 7am.
- Feel free to explore on your own until your schedules shuttle departure time.
- Shuttles will take all TOCers to the Airport, with time to check in, check luggage and make your way to the gate!
- Board your flight home and remember all the fun you had with your Bike MS family!
