We are back, and we know you’re ready to ride! The Bike MS: ROC the Great Lakes journey starts right between Buffalo and Rochester. From there, this one-day ride will have you cycling along the scenic shoreline of Lake Ontario and the rural roads of western New York. You’ll be joined by a community of riders dedicated to changing the world for people with MS — one pedal stroke at a time.
Fundraising Minimum: $200
Route distances: 16, 30 and 62.5 miles
