The journey to curing MS has its ups and downs. Join us as we climb and up and down the stairs at Citi Field to raise critical funds for the nearly 1 million people living with MS in the United States.
The Climb to the Top Experience
Climb to the Top MS will give you a one-of-a-kind experience to take on the stairs and climb to the top of Citi Field.
Your climb will start from an exclusive spot in Citi Field, where you will then climb up and down the stairs, serpentine-style, with rest stops along the way to refuel. You’ll also have time to take in the view as you reflect on how your efforts are changing the world for the nearly 1 million people living with MS in the United States.
At the finish line, you will be greeted by an incredible view, a cheer section, uplifting music, a finish line medal and a place to gather to enjoy concession-style food and drinks!
Completing Climb to the Top MS requires about the same effort as running a 5K (3.1 miles). Those who’ve completed a 5K should be able to complete the stair climb without extensive stair climbing practice.
Get your competitive juices flowing and join our Climb Course Challenge! Climbers who want to get extra sweaty will receive a star each time they cross the finish line and have their name added to our leaderboard. The person with the most stars at the end of the event will win a special prize (and bragging rights!).
We can't wait to see you on the stairs!
Know Before You Go
You must fundraise at least $250 ($100 for Minor Climbers) to participate in Climb to the Top.
Climb to the Top MS is giving you an inside look and one-of-a-kind experience to break out of the stairwell and climb in the open air at Citi Field.
Here’s what makes it so iconic:
- Citi Field is home of the New York Mets.
- Seats up to 41,000 fans!
- Opened in 2009 to replace Shea Stadium.
- The Mets colors are made up of Giants orange and Dodger blue, in honor of the two New York teams that moved to California in the 1950s.
- Attracts one of the most racially and ethnically diverse crowds of people you’ll find giving you a true taste of New York.
Hit your fundraising minimum and you'll earn the official event t-shirt and a medal!
Your safety is our number one priority; that’s why we made Think Safe our motto. To do your part to ensure everyone is safe, please review this information about personal safety.
