The RideWithGPS routes for both days can be found at this link. The 2023 route features a few changes from 2022, including a less trafficked entry into Bartlesville on Saturday, a rest stop at Woolaroc, and a reroute off Highway 11 on Sunday. Note that the routes are subject to change; if you plan to download the GPS route files, it is suggested you wait until the days prior to the ride to do so to make sure you download the most up-to-date version.

Chicken ‘n’ Pickle Night with Wheeler Dealer Bicycle Shop in OKC (Monday, August 21st)
Description: Join Wheeler Dealer bike shop at their weekly Chicken ‘n’ Pickle group ride, Monday night at 6pm! We will be sharing info about the Bike MS movements and distributing Bike MS goodies. Chicken ‘n’ Pickle, the restaurant where the ride ends, will be contributing a portion of funds raised from 7pm-9pm back to Bike MS: Oklahoma!

Snow Cone Night with the Tulsa Tough Divas (Wednesday, August 30th)
Description: Come enjoy some cold treats after the Tulsa Wednesday Night Ride with the Tulsa Tough Divas, one of our new teams for 2023! We will be sharing snow cones and information about the Bike MS cause with the Tulsa cycling community.

‘Giveback with Outback’ in OKC (Monday, September 4th)
Description: Visit Outback Steakhouse throughout the day on Monday, September 4th for some delicious food benefiting Bike MS! Outback will graciously be donating 20% of proceeds throughout the day back to Bike MS: Oklahoma, so be sure to mention the giveback while you enjoy some delicious food.

Your Bike MS packet contains important items including your rider bib, event details and sponsor giveaways. In order to pick up your packet, you must meet the $300 fundraising minimum and have a completed waiver on file. If you registered online, you've already completed a waiver during the registration process. Please note: Riders under 18 will need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Packets will also be available for pick-up prior to the start of the ride on Saturday morning.
A luggage transportation vehicle will be available to safely carry your bags to the finish line while you ride each day.
Indoor and outdoor camping is available at the Bartlesville Community Center. Participants who intend to camp are encouraged to bring sleeping supplies (sleeping bag, pad, blankets, pillow, etc). For those participants interested in getting a hotel room, a list of preferred hotels is below. Shuttles will run from the finish line to the Bartlesville hotels throughout the afternoon on Saturday, and back to the start line on Sunday.

There is substantial parking available for vehicles in the lot surrounding the start line at OSU-Tulsa, as well as in the lots and surrounding areas of the Bartlesville Community Center. Overnight security will be present at both locations.
Light breakfast fixings, on-route lunch, and post-ride meals will be available on Saturday. Breakfast will be available on Sunday, and post-ride meals will be available at the finish line. Thank you to the Brickman Bunch for their generous contribution of post-ride grill outs each day.
