Highlights of this year’s route include: a scenic outlook, riding past International Crane Foundation and the Aldo Leopold Foundation, and riding through quaint small towns! Your Bike MS packet contains important items including your rider bib, event details and sponsor giveaways. In order to pick up your packet, you must meet the $300 fundraising minimum and have a completed waiver on file. If you registered online, you've already completed a waiver during the registration process. Please note: Riders under 18 will need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Who can pick up a packet?

Riders can pick up their own packets and team captains can pick up packets for their teammates.

All reservations must be made before the cutoff date of July 23, 2023, to get into the group block with the group rate. The rate is $129 per night plus taxes and fees- a 40% discount!

Ho-Chunk Casino can hold your luggage in a secure room prior to or after checking out of your hotel room.

There is RV/Camper parking and tent camping available on site at Ho-Chunk Casino for participants. The cost starts at $45 depending on the site. Bike MS is an extraordinary ride no matter where you are! Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered…  

Each route includes fully-stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy the volunteers. Bike mechanics and support and gear (SAG) vehicles will also be on the route to assist you.  

After the ride, we will have plenty of food at the finish line.
