Camping
Camping at the Cache County Fairgrounds will be available through reservation on a first come, first serve basis. There are three types of spots available this year – RV hookups with power and water access, RV hookups with power hookup only, and tent camping spots with no hookups.
Reservations are open to 2022 Top Fundraisers/Club K riders starting on April 3 and then open to all other riders starting on April 24th. Top Fundraisers/Club K can still make reservations after April 24th, but can’t guarantee a spot.
If you don’t need an RV spot, please still email Rick Beck that you will need a camping spot.
To reserve any of these camping spots, please follow these steps:
- Review the 2023 Bike MS Utah Camping Map for available spot locations. Each type of spot is indicated on the map in a different color and a key is on the map.
- Email your top 3 locations, incase your first choice is unavailable, to Rich at rich.beck@nmss.org no later than Friday, June 2.
- If all spots are reserved, we will start a waitlist. If you are on the waitlist, you will be notified if you have a spot as soon as one opens, but no later than Tuesday, June 20.
Other important camping information
- Camping at the Cache County Fairgrounds is available free of charge beginning at 9 a.m. on June 23 thru 5 p.m. on June 25. Any attempts to arrive earlier will be ticketed and towed, any early markings to reserve space will be torn down prior to this time.
- Upon entry to the Fairground, you need to fill the space you occupy with tents, trailers or bodies. No roping off of large empty spaces will be allowed.
- Tent campers should be considerate of RV hookups and camp in areas that do not block access to RV hookups.
- Excess vehicles should be parked by the rodeo grounds to provide as much open space as possible for all Bike MS participants.
Stay tuned for more information!
Bike MS is an extraordinary ride no matter where you are! Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered…
Each route includes fully-stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy the volunteers. Bike mechanics and support and gear (SAG) vehicles will also be on the route to assist you.
After the ride, we will have plenty of food at the finish line.
Ride photos will be posted on our Bike MS Flickr page 2-3 weeks after the ride. We will share the link here when photos are ready!
