We formed team sunshine in 2015 to experience this great ride, have fun and help the MS Society to fund research, advocate for change and help people with MS to live their best lives. We believe in this cause. We have grown from 9 to 12, to 19, to 31 and then in 2019 our 51 riders raised over $41,000, finishing 2nd overall out of over 100 teams in fundraising - and having a great time doing it.
In 2020, the MS ride went virtual, so we organized our own ride! With the help of many eager volunteers, we hosted an event that was attended by 60+ riders from 4 teams and raised over $25,000.
From 2021 to 2023, we worked to regain our momentum, with nearly 50 riders each year. In 2023 we pushed our team's lifetime fundraising over $225,000. This year our goals are 60 riders and $50,000 for MS. We need your support!
BikeMS is a physical challenge for cyclists, but it is so much more than that. The camaraderie, passion, and memories that come from sharing this experience with our team will stay with you for a lifetime. BikeMS is a weekend-long event and a life-changing opportunity to make a difference in your own life, and in the world.
