Friends and Family Teams

Walk MS is an opportunity for people with MS to be surrounded by their friends, family and loved ones.

Corporate Teams

Corporate teams are connected to a company and are usually made up of employees and their friends and family. We’ll support your corporate team with: 

• Networking Opportunities: We’ll help you organize and host team kickoffs and networking opportunities to keep your team members connected.
• Fundraising and Promotional Tools: A personalized company fundraising page, social media images, Walk MS posters and more to help drive team recruitment and fundraising.
• Pin-up or Round Up Sales: If your company is interested in a point-of-sale campaign, we’ll help guide you through the process and share best practices.

National Teams

Becoming a national team gives your company or organization a way to connect colleagues from across the country so anyone, anywhere can fuel progress. All national teams work with dedicated Society staff members and are provided a suite of resources to ensure you maximize impact and achieve your goals (minimum $50,000 collective team fundraising requirement with participation in at least 5 states). You know you’re in good company with teams like Bank of America, Genentech, KPMG and Microsoft.

Team Captain Resources

Everyone at Walk MS plays a powerful role in the MS community and team captains are in the lead.

Start a team and rally your friends, family, and colleagues to join you – go ALL IN by asking them to register and fundraise! You can even invite people to participate virtually so that no matter where they live, they can stay connected to your team. We have plenty of resources and dedicated Walk MS staff to help you every step of the way:

• Join the Walk MS Team Captain Facebook group – share resources, offer support and celebrate your successes with others.
• Utilize our team materials, like downloadable images, posters and goal-setting worksheets.

Team T-shirts

Create a customized team T-shirt and contribute to your team fundraising at the same time! The Society’s national Walk MS T-shirt vendor will donate $1 back to your team for every T-shirt you order. Other team apparel is also available.
