Race Details

Step #1: Submit an application to be considered for one of our teams limited spots. Fundraising minimums are outlined below and vary based on event distance:

• 5k: $600 ($75 registration fee) - Full / Waiting list only
• 10k: $800 ($75 registration fee) - Full / Waiting list only
• Half Marathon: $1,200 ($100 registration fee) - Full / Waiting list only
• Challenge (10k & Half Marathon): $1,500 ($125 registration fee) - Full / Waiting list only
• Full Weekend Bundle (Challenge plus 5k – 3 events): $2,000 ($150 registration fee) - Full / Waiting list only
• 5K & 10K Bundle: $1,200 ($100 registration fee) - Full / Waiting list only
• 5K & half Bundle: $1,500 ($125 registration fee) - Full / Waiting list only
• Have your own bib: no fundraising minimum, but incentives for fundraising ($25 registration fee)

Step #2: Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis starting in May 2024.

Step #3: If selected, you will receive an email notification from the event lead! At that time, a private registration link will be shared with you to create your personal fundraising page and confirm your spot with the team. Additional registration instructions will be outlined at that time.

Please Note:

• If selected, runners will be asked to pay a non-refundable registration deposit (varied, $25-$150, depending on the event/s) that WILL go towards meeting the fundraising minimums.
• Team members must raise 50% of their fundraising minimum by November 30, 2024. Once they reach 50%, they will receive an official registration link for runDisney. If this deadline is not met, the bib will be forfeited and the balance to meet the 50% will be charged. The full fundraising deadline for this event is March 1, 2025.

Drop/Cancel Policy: 
If an injury occurs or a runner chooses to not participate the following schedule is in effect. 

• Before September 1: no penalty (no refund on initial registration fee) 

• Sept. 1 – October 31: 25% commitment (and will be charged the difference) 
• Nov. 1 – Nov. 30: 50% commitment (and will be charged the difference) 
• December 1 – Jan. 1, 2025: 75% commitment (and will be charged the difference) 
• January 2 until race day: 100% of commitment
