Please join us for a dynamic Walk MS experience.

At Walk MS, friends and family, loved ones and the MS community come together to demonstrate support and solidarity for people with MS — because no one should have to face this disease alone.

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2009.  After a couple of years of being silent and afraid I was able to find support with the National MS Society.  I began attending the Findlay support group and after several years I became the Facilitator for that group.   I am now the facilitator for the Fremont MS support group, and I currently volunteer as an Ambassador for the Society.

For several years I have been the event planner for an event called WalkMS Fremont, which is a fundraiser for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

I am raising funds for this event, and I am writing to respectfully ask you to join in my fundraising efforts.

WalkMS Fremont is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 9:00am.  This year it has grown exponentially and will be held at the Sandusky County YMCA in Fremont.  We will have many activities and Mayor Danny Sanchez will be on hand to present a proclamation declaring May 10 as Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Day in Fremont, Ohio.

I am respectfully requesting that you partner with me with any sponsorship amount you can provide at this time.   You may also be interested in forming a team to help raise funds and awareness for MS research and support.

My contact information is listed below and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

You may donate directly to http://events.nationalmssociety.org/team/WalkMSFremont or join our team.  You may also make any check payable to NMSS and mail to me at 127 Briarwood Cir., Fremont, OH  43420.

Thank you for your consideration.

Join our team as we rally around those affected by this disease. Team members (that’s you!) can set up a fundraising page to share their stories and raise money and awareness for this life-changing cause. You’ll be part of an inspiring experience and see the impact of your support in the lives of people with MS.

Everyone at Walk MS plays a powerful role in the MS community, whether you live with MS or care about someone who does. The only thing that’ll make this event even better is you. Join us today!
