Are you ready to ROC? Join us for an incredible one-day ride that will have you cycling alongside Lake Ontario. Bike MS: ROC the Great Lakes begins right between Buffalo and Rochester where you will then head out on the quiet rural roads of western New York. With little traffic and an abundance of route choices, this ride is perfect for a beginner or seasoned rider. You’ll finish your ride at Lakeside State Park with a huge celebration. You’ll be joined by a community of riders dedicated to changing the world for people with multiple sclerosis — one pedal stroke at a time.
Fundraising Minimum: $200
Route Distances: 16, 30, and 62.5 miles
