Ways to Help

Super Crew - Challenge Walk MS is an extraordinary 3-day experience. Super Crew members raise a minimum to participate and help us offset our expenses and fund our mission. Some benefits of being a Super Crew member include:

  • A Super Crew hat and pin, which you will receive at the Friday night program
  • Eligibility for all Fundraising Week prizes
  • Recognition with the Challenge Walk MS Fundraising Clubs
  • Free Friday and Saturday night lodging for hitting the fundraising minimum
  • Access to personal fundraising assistance to help you reach your minimum

Crew - Crew members volunteer for the entire weekend and stay at the overnight location. Crew members pay the registration fee and are not required to fundraise but must pay for their lodging for the weekend.

Volunteers - Volunteers help at the event for a few hours or one day. There is no registration fee or fundraising requirement for our volunteers. All one-day volunteers receive an MS volunteer T-shirt.

 

Who can volunteer? 

Families, corporate groups, college students and individuals of all ages and abilities are encouraged and welcome to volunteer. We are always looking for youth clubs and corporate and service-oriented community groups to get involved with their local MS community through Challenge Walk MS. All one-day volunteers receive an MS volunteer T‑shirt.

As a volunteer, you are an integral part of the Challenge Walk MS and join a community of passionate individuals, moving together to create a world free of MS. Together, we provide support, have fun and make a difference in the lives of people living with MS.

Volunteer Roles  

Volunteers help with all aspects of the event, including: 

  • Set up and tear down
  • Registration 
  • Managing rest stops
  • Cheering at the finish line 
  • Route support
  • Medical (First Aid/CPR certified, physical therapy, etc.)

Some volunteer positions require specialized skills, a criminal and/or DMV background check, driving or heavy lifting. Contact us for more details.
