TEAM to fundraise the most will be awarded a 10x10 team tent with one table and 6 chairs.
Individual to fundraise the most will be awarded one night accommodation in the dorm rooms.

Your Bike MS packet contains important items including your rider bib, event details and sponsor giveaways. In order to pick up your packet, you must meet the $300 fundraising minimum and have a completed waiver on file.
Please note:
- If you registered online, you've already completed a waiver during the registration process.
- Anyone who did not register themselves online will need to complete a waiver.
- Riders under 18 will need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Packet Pick-Up
Your Bike MS packet contains many important items including your bib number, bike tag, emergency number wristband, luggage tags(2) and safety pins.
Who can pick up a packet?
Yes. A team member, team captain, or family member can pick up your packet on your behalf – only if you’ve met the $300 fundraising minimum and have a completed waiver
Packet mailing
Packets will NOT be available for mailing this year. Please contact NMSS staff with any special circumstances.

Participants who have met their registration minimum of $300 can pick up their packet and event T-shirt
Participants who have qualified for a Top Fundraiser Jersey will also be able to pick those up at packet pick up as well as morning of Day 1.
Team Captains can pick up their team packets, please contact Austin if you are wanting to do this and we will have your team packets ready for you. Austin.fleischer@nmss.org
Late registrants can also register onsite at packet pick up and obtain a packet & T-Shirt providing the minimum donation at that time.
Registration and packet pick up will be available but limited onsite the day of the event. We encourage everyone to pick up their packet prior to event date but understand sometimes this simply is not possible. Please reach to Austin if arrangements need to

Onsite and overnight parking is available.
Lodging
Onsite lodging will be available in the dorm rooms. Information will be made available soon to book a dorm room for the weekend.
Dorm rooms will need to be booked through the society. The link to book them will be available soon.
Don’t worry, our event will have a place for you to park your vehicle! Any and all parking information will be located here.

Post-Ride: Pizza and snacks available after finishing the ride
Each route includes fully stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy time with the volunteers along with support and gear (SAG) vehicles along the route to assist you.
Route
Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered.
Each route includes fully stocked rest stops, supplied with hydration and nutritional snacks (a mix of fruit, protein, sweet, and salty snacks), every 8 to 18 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy time with the volunteers. Along the route you will be joined by our support and gear (SAG) vehicles who will be on there to assist you.
After you cross the finish line, we will have plenty of local food available.
Bike Shops
The support we receive from local bike shops is crucial; bike mechanics will be located throughout the ride along with yearly support from shops in the area. For more Bike Shop information, check out the Training and Prep page!
We know you have some additional questions, and this will be the place where we can answer them! More Know Before You Go information will be coming soon, so check back often so you don’t miss anything.
Ride photos will be posted on our Flickr page two to three weeks after the ride. We will share the link here when photos are ready!

Celebrate your incredible ride at the Bike MS: Oxford After Party! After crossing the finish line, unwind with fellow riders, volunteers, and supporters as we enjoy an evening filled with music, drinks, and great company. It’s the perfect way to reflect on your achievements and the impact you’ve made in the fight against MS. Stay tuned—the link to order a tent and chairs for your team’s celebration space will be available soon!
