Thank You to our Presenting Sponsor!
C.H. Robinson is proud to support the local Bike MS: MS 150 Ride, helping power breakthroughs for the more than one million people living with multiple sclerosis in the U.S.
Cycle along Willard Munger State Trail and through the northern hardwood forests, lakes and bogs — on almost the same exact routes that we started on back in the 80s. Enjoy festivities including food, drinks and live music on the grounds of Grand Casino Hinckley before riding to the finish line in White Bear Lake.
The MS 150 is a ride, not a race, and we are here to support you throughout it. Make sure to check out the Food and Support section for more specifics about the top-level support you can expect all weekend.

- Electric-assist or pedal-assist bicycles are allowed as long as they meet the requirements under Minnesota Statue 169.011, Subdivision 27
Bike Shop Partners
Partner bike shops provide mechanics, support, and minor repairs along the route. Learn more and connect with our local Bike Shop Partners here. We highly recommend you schedule a tune-up for your bike before heading to the ride.
Mechanics
Mechanics from our partner bike shops will be at the Start line each morning, as well as along the route at every rest stop. Repairs are provided free of charge, but participants are responsible for the cost of any parts.
Rentals
Bike MS does not coordinate any Bike Rentals, but some of our Bike Shop Partners have them available. If you’re coming from afar, you may also consider asking your local shop about options to transport your bike – some can do so at quite reasonable prices.
Charging Stations
Electricity for charging personal devices and E-Bikes will be available at the two overnight sites. Electricity is not available at any rest stops or on the route itself.

View & Share Photos
Check out the MS 150 Flickr Group here to view photos and share your own. Join the group and upload your own photos directly to it to share with other riders and volunteers.
Please note that shared photos may be used for promotion of Bike MS, while all other rights will remain with the photographer.
Volunteer Photographers Needed!
Quality pictures make a world of difference. If you or someone you know would like to be an official Event Volunteer Photographer, check out our Volunteer page.
A professional photography background is not necessary. Volunteers are asked to bring and use their own cameras, so experience with the device you’ll be using is recommended.
Teams
Riding together with a team can make your Bike MS experience even more fun and rewarding! Learn more about Bike MS Teams here. Questions about starting or joining a team, or looking for help in finding one to join? Contact us!
Team Photos will be taken between 4-6 p.m. in the Ceremonial Arbor at Grand Casino Hinckley. Bring your team members and supporters over to commemorate the weekend!
Teams bringing their own trucks to transport luggage or bikes must park in the appropriate lot at Century College East Campus on Friday.
Participants may drop off their bikes or luggage with your team truck, and continue to park and catch shuttles per parking team directions.
Team Resources
Once a captain has registered and created the team, they can start customizing the team page and inviting people to join. Making your page unique can help ‘sell’ your team to prospective members.
Team Captains also have access to track team members’ goals and fundraising, as well as to send team emails right from their Bike MS dashboard.

Team Tents
For many teams, one of the most exciting aspects of the MS 150 each year is Team Village at the Hinckley overnight on Saturday. Teams both large and small gather for food, fun, and a sense of togetherness.
All team tents must be arranged through the MS Society and our approved tent partner; no outside tents are permitted. All teams are welcome to rent tents, tables, and chairs directly through the MS Society and our approved vendor in Spring 2025. For more information, contact us.
- Team Village will not open until 12 p.m. on Friday, June 6, and closes at 12 p.m. on Sunday, June 8.
- Drop off/pick up parking for Team Village and general camping:
- Friday, June 6: Noon – 8 pm
- Saturday, June 7: 6 am – 10 am
- Sunday, June 8: 8 am – Noon
- Grand Casino Hinckley reserves the right to enforce a “no vehicles allowed on grass” policy.
- Parking is available in any casino lot. The National MS Society and Grand Casino are not responsible for any lost or stolen items or damage from inclement weather.
