Essential amenities like restrooms, showers, RV hookups, and tent sites are all available. While reservations are required for campsites, we also offer on-site first-come, first-served tent camping.
Camping Reservations
There is plenty of space for tent camping. Tent sites are available in the field north of the Event Center and are designated on the map with a grey block for non-reserved camping. These sites are on a first-come, first-served basis, and sites are not guaranteed. There may be space to park your RV in the tent or other areas at the fairgrounds, but NO power and water hookups are available.
Important Dates:
- VIP early access reservations open on March 17, 2025
- Public reservations open on April 4, 2025
RV Camping Site Waitlist
All RV power and water hookups have been reserved for 2025.
Please add your name to the RV Site Waitlist. We will notify you if a campsite becomes available.

We’re here to make your Bike MS experience as smooth as possible! Enjoy complimentary bike parking and secure overnight storage all weekend long.
Drop your bike off at the Bike Corral Friday evening and say hello to Gary - he’s been volunteering for years!
Please plan to pick up your bike by noon on Sunday.
Lodging
We don’t have room blocks at local hotels in Logan for riders. Please visit the Cache Valley Visitors Bureau website for a list of local hotels. Be sure to reserve sooner than later as the hotels will sell out!
Don’t worry, our event will have a place for you to park your vehicle! Any and all parking information will be located here.
Parking is plentiful and available right at the Cache County Fairgrounds – free of charge.
Food
Participants who meet their fundraising minimum will enjoy complimentary meals throughout the weekend - breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Day 1, and breakfast and lunch on Day 2. We’re excited to welcome back Isabella’s Catering, who will once again be serving delicious meals at the Cache County Event Center.
NEW - Blackstone Products joins us as the official Lunch Rest Stop Sponsor! Riders tackling the 83- and 100-mile routes can look forward to fresh, sizzling tacos at the Lewiston Rest Stop, cooked on-site by the Blackstone team.
Food and beer garden tickets will be available for purchase during ride weekend for family and friends who are there to cheer you on.
Route
Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered.
Each route includes fully stocked rest stops, supplied with hydration and nutritional snacks (a mix of fruit, protein, sweet, and salty snacks), every 8 to 18 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy time with the volunteers. Along the route you will be joined by our support and gear (SAG) vehicles who will be on there to assist you.
After you cross the finish line, we will have plenty of local food available.
Bike Shops
The support we receive from local bike shops is crucial; bike mechanics will be located throughout the ride along with yearly support from shops in the area. For more Bike Shop information, check out the Training and Prep page!
We know you have some additional questions, and this will be the place where we can answer them! More Know Before You Go information will be coming soon, so check back often so you don’t miss anything.
