Day 1 – 100 Mile 
Actual distance 101. Explore the wonder of the Malibu Coastline as well as the enchanted beauty of Malibu Canyon and it’s preserves and parks. Rest Stops – 7 [1- Topanga Beach @9.5m, 2- Kanan Road @ Agoura Road @29m, 3- Malibu Conservation Camp @38m, 4- Ventura County Fire Station 56 @48.5m, 5- Point Mugu Missile Park, Lunch @60m, 6- Padre Serra Parish @73m, 7- Saticoy Golf Fritz Huntsinger Sports Complex @87m] 

Day 1 – 60 Mile 

Actual distance 61.6. Enjoy views of the the iconic Santa Monica Pier and glide past the most celebrated beaches of Malibu like Surfrider and Leo Carillo Rest Stops – 5 [1- Topanga Beach@9.5m, NEW REST STOP at Pepperdine University 3- Ventura County Fire Station 56 @31.5m, 4- Point Mugu

Missile Park, Lunch @43m, 5- Bolker Park @52m

Day 1 – 30 Mile  This nice and easy flat route tours the incomparable Ojai River Trail.  Enjoy the calm quiet of this hidden gem.

Actual distance 29.4. Rest Stops – 1 [Mira Monte Elementary School, Ojai @15m] 

Day 2 – 56 Mile Loop

This gorgeous ride combines the best of all worlds, the Coastal path, the Ojai river path and a breathtaking climb around Lake Casitas with spectacular views of the lake and ocean. Actual distance 56.6.  Rest Stops – 3 [1- Rincon Point State Beach @15m, 2- Lake Casitas Rec. Area @29m, 3- Libbey Park, Ojai @37.5m] 
Add short-cut to Finish from Oak View intersection at Santa Ana Blvd. and Ojai Valley Trail 

Day 2 – 30 Mile loop  Enjoy the roar of the Pacific surf, watch sea birds and dolphins at play amongst the surfers on this protected bike path
Actual distance 30. Rest Stops – 1 [1- Rincon Point State Beach @15m]

Bike MS Fundraising Weeks are proudly sponsored by Point B, an organization that shares our commitment to creating a world free of MS. Elevate your fundraising and win some prizes along the way.

The rules are simple: raise the most money during a Fundraising Week and we will reward you for your fundraising success.

Your Bike MS packet contains important items including your rider bib, event details and sponsor giveaways. In order to pick up your packet, you must meet the $350 fundraising minimum and have a completed waiver on file. 

Please note:

• If you registered online, you've already completed a waiver during the registration process.
• Anyone who did not register themselves online will need to complete a waiver.
• Riders under 18 will need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Bike MS Waiver

Find local hotels, event accommodations and transportation details below. Any luggage and bike storage needs that you may have will be located here as well. Our team will be working diligently to get you the best deals and experiences for the event! 

Chartered bus tickets will be available for purchase soon. Buses are available for return to Santa Monica on both Saturday and Sunday.

Our sponsor Metrolink will also provide FREE train tickets to Santa Monica and to Ventura.

Discount hotel rooms will be available for booking. Stay tuned for details.

FREE CAMPING

San Buenaventura State Beach Park Camping

There is also FREE camping at the San Buenaventura State Beach Park available on a first come first serve basis.

These camp sites are available for Saturday night only. You may bring a small tent, chair, sleeping bags, pillows and blankets. There are no fires allowed and no loud music. RSVP to reserve your campsite.

• Camping will be provided at no cost to participants for the night of Saturday, June 1st at San Buenaventura State Beach Park.

• Permitted camping gear includes the following:

o Tent (two-person max.)

o Sleeping bag

o Sleeping pad

o Pillow

• No chairs, stereos, stoves, or other camping supplies are permitted

• Motor Homes / Campers need to find alternative location

• Limited spaces are available; please make sure you selected camping as an option at registration. If not, contact a Bike MS staff member to update your account.

• Tents (two-person max.) can be set up as early as 8:00am on Saturday, May 14th. You will check in at the campsite area with a NMSS staff person.

• All campers will pay $10 for overnight parking upon entering the park.

• No vehicles will be allowed to re-enter the premises after Sunset (6:00pm) on Saturday, May 17th. The park closes at this time. If you plan on taking your vehicle out of the park and returning after park closure, please take note that you will need to find

street parking, which can be difficult.

• You can go into town after 6:00pm by walking the bike path or calling a local cab or ride share service. They can pick up / drop off at the park entrance.

Don’t worry, our event will have a place for you to park your vehicle! Any and all parking information will be located here. 

Route

Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered. 

Each route includes fully stocked rest stops, supplied with hydration and nutritional snacks  (a mix of fruit, protein, sweet, and salty snacks), every 8 to 18 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy time with the volunteers. Along the route you will be joined by our support and gear (SAG) vehicles who will be on there to assist you.

After you cross the finish line, we will have plenty of local food available.  

Bike Shops

The support we receive from local bike shops is crucial; bike mechanics will be located throughout the ride along with yearly support from shops in the area. For more Bike Shop information, check out the Training and Prep page!
