MS Snowmobile Tour 2025 Weekend Guide and Bus Experience Schedule
We are still finalizing all the details, but we have some fun events planned for you! Our typical event schedule will have all the details you’ll need from Thursday to Saturday — from check-in times, food services, arrival and departure times, plus programs, you’ll find everything you’ll need in this guide!
Auction and Raffle
The MS Snowmobile Tour auction and raffle will be held on event weekend. All bidding is done by silent auction in-person at the event.
Trail Games
Throughout the weekend, groups will compete against one another in our friendly Trail Games competition. Games take place at both the hotel and on the trails. 2025 Trail Games are still being determined. Past Trail Games have included relay races and turkey bowling.
Ready to book your stay? When you register, you’ll indicate your preferred roommate. If you do not have a preferred roommate, Society staff will contact you. For questions on lodging, please contact joseph.holtman@nmss.org.
Participants are responsible for making sure their snowmobile has up-to-date registration.
Trail Pass
All participants operating snowmobiles on a Wisconsin snowmobile trail or corridor must display a valid snowmobile trail pass whether registered in Wisconsin or another state. Participants are responsible for securing their own trail pass to participate.
Rentals
Don’t have your own sled? You can rent one! Participants will be responsible for all rental fees and transportation.
Let’s keep you warm and safe while you ride! The potential for extreme weather means that you need to plan in advance and exercise caution when you ride. Here are some suggestions for what to wear and pack so you’re ready to ride:
If your sled breaks down or you are done riding for the day, your group guide will be in touch with our trail support team. We will also have medical volunteers on site.
Please see additional safety protocols from Lake of the Torches Resort Casino on their website.
