Take Flight at Wings and Waves Waterpark
Wings and Waves Waterpark, with an actual 747 airplane on the roof, is an indoor waterpark unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. Soar and slide your way through our innovative, indoor water park featuring a splash pool and four different water slides.

Bike Safety Inspections
Thank you to our friends and partners at Trek for helping make Bike MS: Oregon a safe experience for our riders.
All riders are encouraged to get a bike inspection BEFORE you come and ride during our event weekend. A bike inspection is an evaluation of the overall condition of your bike. For example: tires, brake pads, cables and housing, chain, cassette, and chain ring wear.
All cyclists registered for Bike MS Oregon can receive a free* bike inspection at participating Trek stores listed below.

You will be asked to verify your participation in Bike MS Oregon. You will do this by showing your fundraising page or the email sent confirming your registration.
*The inspection itself is free, but any repairs or replacement parts are the responsibility of the bike rider.
Join us for Packet Pickup to get your assigned rider number, rider t-shirt, and Club K jersey (if you fundraised $1,000 or more!).
Packet Pickup will be taking place on Saturday, September 16th at The NMSS Chapter Offices located at 5331 S Macadam Ave in Portland from 10:00 am-1:00 pm.
Please note that you must have met your $250 minimum fundraising to collect your packet.
Team Captains can pick up team member packets, as long as all fundraising minimums have been met.
Riders can pick up packets on-site at Evergreen during the event weekend. Check schedule for registration hours.
Lodging
Tent Camping & RV Parking
Tent Camping is offered to Bike MS participants on a first-come, first-served basis. We will also have a parking lot for RV’s. There are no hook-ups on the lot; any power needs you have will need to be handled on your own through a generator.
There is no cost for either of these options.
There will be showers and portable restrooms nearby both Tent Camping and RV Parking.
Hotel Accommodations
There are lots of lodging options in and around the McMinnville area. Don’t forget to check out local AirBnb and VRBO options.
We have secured a hotel partner and have blocked a set of rooms for Bike MS Participants. Please make lodging arrangements EARLY to avoid disappointment. All riders are responsible for arranging their own accommodations during the bike weekend.

Bike MS is an extraordinary ride no matter where you are! Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered…
Each route includes fully-stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy the volunteers. Bike mechanics and support and gear (SAG) vehicles will also be on the route to assist you.
After the ride, we will have plenty of food at the finish line.
Ride photos will be posted on our Bike MS Flickr page 2-3 weeks after the ride. We will share the link here when photos are ready!
Tour de Tents:
