- Your Bike MS packet contains important items including your rider bib, event details and sponsor giveaways. In order to pick up your packet, you must meet the $250 fundraising minimum and have a completed waiver on file. If you registered online, you've already completed a waiver during the registration process. Please note: Riders under 18 will need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Packet Pickup for Bike MS: Deception Pass Classic happens solely at the Skagit County Fairgrounds beginning Friday, September 8th from 3-8pm and Saturday, September 9th from 6-8:30am at the Registration Check In.
Who can pick up a packet?
Riders may only pickup their own packets as they must sign that they've received it.

Camping:
Camping is free on the lawn of Skagit Valley Fairgrounds. No need to make a reservation; just bring your gear and set up your spot. First come, first served. Campers will have access to showers and restrooms on the event site.
RV's:
RV Camping is by reservation only. Link to reserve will be uploaded by June 1. $40 per spot, $50 per spot with water hookups.
RVs are welcome at Skagit Valley Fairgrounds. Please contact Sarah Kafer at sarah.kafer@nmss.org to reserve your space
Free, General Event Parking, is located at the Skagit Valley Fairgrounds at the Taylor Street Entrance. This entrance is closed from 10 pm – 5 am daily. Please obey signs in local neighborhoods about restricted parking.
Bike MS is an extraordinary ride no matter where you are! Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered…
Each route includes fully-stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy the volunteers. Bike mechanics and support and gear (SAG) vehicles will also be on the route to assist you.
