Friday, June 9
Century College, White Bear Lake
Riders starting from the Twin Cities check-in at Century College, drop their bikes off at the transport trucks, and catch coach buses to Proctor
Check-In, 1-6 p.m.
- Participants who have not yet picked up their packets can do so at Century College; on-site registration is available.
- $1,000+ fundraisers can pick up their 2023 Ride Jersey and other goodies!
- Transportation from the Twin Cities to the Proctor start line will not be offered outside of this period.

Proctor High School
- 3-10 p.m. – Buses arrive from Century College, Information Table open

Saturday, June 10
Cyclists will ride the beautiful Willard Munger trail from Proctor to Hinckley, with a first-day finish line at Grand Casino Hinckley. Once you arrive in Hinckley, enjoy an incredible atmosphere of celebration with food, music, team tents, and more!
Proctor High School
Riders starting from the Duluth area can pick up their packets. All riders drop off their luggage (with Bike MS tags attached) and get on the trail.

- The MS 150 is a two day event covering 150 miles, approximately 75 miles each day. Riders who wish to ride Saturday only may do so and catch a shuttle from Grand Casino Hinckley to Century College Saturday evening or Sunday morning.

General packet pick-up details
Riders who register after 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 8 should go to the walk-on check-in area to get a packet assigned.

- Your Bike MS packet contains important items including your rider bib, event details and sponsor giveaways. In order to pick up your packet, you must meet the $300 fundraising minimum and have a completed waiver on file.
- All minors must have a paper waiver on file, signed by their parent or legal guardian
- Packets may be picked up on behalf of other participants as long as you have their permission and they meet the fundraising and waiver requirements
- Packets must be picked up before you start the event. Packet pick-up is available at the following times and locations:
Pre-Event Packet Pickup
Participants can pick up their packets ahead of time at the pre-event packet pickup:

Enter the building off of University Ave. All other building entrances will be locked.
Getting here and parking:
- Light Rail - Prospect Park stop on the Green Line
- Bicycle - Racks are typically available on University Ave
- Car - free short-term parking is available in the visitor lot on the side of the building off 29th Ave SE. Paid parking is available off 4th St SE or in the Prospect Park ramp. Do not park in the USPS lot.
Century College
- Friday, June 9
1-6 p.m.
Participants taking the shuttle from Century College on Friday can pick up their packet on-site. Please note that you must attach your rider number to your luggage and bike before loading them onto transportation.
Proctor High School
- Saturday, June 10
5:30-7:30 a.m.
Participants based in the Duluth area can pick up their packets on-site at the Proctor start line before beginning the ride.
Parking
Century College, White Bear Lake
- All participants can park at Century College for the weekend, but must do so ONLY in approved lots, as directed by parking team, and must arrive between noon and 6 p.m. on June 9.
- Parking is free for Top 150 Club members, Riders with MS, participants who raise $1,000+ by May 22, and carpools. All other cars must pay $20 (cash or check only).
- Top 150 Club members and I Ride With MS participants will receive a parking pass in the mail prior to the event. That pass must be presented to access free VIP parking.
- Qualifying $1,000+ fundraisers will receive a pass via e-mail prior to the event. This pass is valid for one car only, and must be presented either in printed form or on one's phone to access free Club K parking.
- Drop-offs are permitted, but must follow parking team instructions.
- Transportation from the Twin Cities to the Proctor start line will not be offered outside of this period.
- Free parking is available in open lots on Sunday for family and friends.
- All vehicles on Friday must enter through Century College East Campus.
Proctor High School
- Participants starting from the Duluth area may park for free in designated areas of Proctor High School lots.
Some roads will be blocked off for safety. To access weekend parking, take 9th Ave N.
Grand Casino Hinckley
- Vehicles coming to Grand Casino Hinckley grounds must follow certain restrictions. Further details will be added closer to the event.
Transportation
Twin Cities
Buses from White Bear Lake to Proctor will leave continuously from 1-6 p.m. on Friday, June 9.
Century College
3300 Century Avenue, White Bear Lake, MN 55110
- No transportation from the Twin Cities will be provided outside of this period on Friday.
- All vehicles on Friday must enter through Century College East Campus.
- Luggage will be transported on buses alongside riders; each rider receives two luggage tags. Each may be used on an item up to 35 pounds.
- Bikes will be transported in semi-trucks up to Proctor, and locked in a secured bike corral overnight. Riders must attach their bike tag with rider number before bringing the bike for loading.
Duluth
Proctor High School

- Shuttle buses run Friday, June 9, (3-11 p.m.) and Saturday, June 10, (5:30 - 7:30 a.m.) from Proctor High School to supported hotels and downtown. See Lodging Section for supported hotels.
- Shuttles will be provided at 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 11 to take Duluth-based participants from Century College back to Proctor High School.
- Luggage will be transported from Proctor down to Hinckley on Saturday. Semi-trucks will be available for luggage drop-off from 6-8 a.m. on Saturday at Proctor High School. Luggage must have an official Bike MS rider tag and weigh no more than 35 pounds.
Hinckley
- Riders who choose the one-day route option can catch a shuttle from Grand Casino Hinckley to Century College at 7 p.m. Saturday or 8:15 a.m. Sunday.
- No transportation is provided from Hinckley to Duluth/Proctor
- Shuttle buses run Saturday, June 10, (11:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.) and Sunday, June 11, (5:30 - 7:30 a.m.) from the Grand Casino overnight to supported hotels. See Lodging Section for supported hotels.
- Luggage will be transported from Hinckley to Century College on Sunday. Semi-trucks will be available for luggage drop-off from 6-8 a.m. on Sunday at Grand Casino Hinckley. Luggage must have an official Bike MS rider tag and weigh no more than 35 pounds.

No alcohol is permitted anywhere on Bike MS: MS 150 - including the school grounds of Century College, Proctor High School, and Hinckley High School - except at Grand Casino Hinckley.
Dietary Restrictions
Dietary-restricted items are available at rest stops upon request for participants who need them. For those with significant or unique dietary restrictions, we advise bringing additional food items as back-up.
Route Support
Each day includes fully-stocked rest stops every 8 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy the volunteers. Bike mechanics and support and gear (SAG) vehicles will also be on the route to assist you.
Participants must wear their Bike MS Rider Bib, wristband, and a secured helmet at all times while cycling.
Safety Team
- Support and Gear (SAG) Vehicles give a lift to riders in need and can be identified by signs that state ‘MS Support Vehicle’.
- Ride Marshals will be traveling among riders to ensure that all rules of the road are being obeyed and that cyclists are riding in a safe manner.
- Radio communication & medics are available at all rest stops and will be roaming the route.

E-Bikes & Specialty Bikes
- Recumbent and tandem bikes are allowed; tandem bikes must have separate registrations for each rider.
- Electric-assist or pedal-assist bicycles are allowed as long as they meet the requirements under Minnesota Statue 169.011, Subdivision 27

Camping
- Riders may bring their own tents and camp for free at Proctor High School.
- Indoor camping is available in the high school gymnasium.
- All spots are first-come, first-serve; reservations for specific areas are not available.
- There is plenty of room for all who want to camp.
RV Parking
- Limited RV parking is available in the Proctor High school parking lot, but hookups are not provided.

Shuttle buses run Friday, June 9, (until 11 p.m.) and Saturday, June 10, (5:30 - 7:30 a.m.) to supported hotels only.

Grand Casino Hinckley
Rooms at the Grand Casino Hinckley resort (Grand Casino Hinckley Hotel, Grand Hinckley Inn, and Grand Casino RV Resort and Chalets) are coordinated through the National MS Society. There are far more participants than rooms, so please be aware that availability is very limited. Room distribution begins in February, and goes through early May. After that, rooms are no longer available for booking through the MS Society block or group rate.
The following are prioritized for rooms at Grand Casino:
- 'I Ride With MS' - riders who live with MS and are part of this program are guaranteed a non-smoking room at a Grand Casino Property, provided they register and respond to outreach by mid-February. Participants who respond after that date will be prioritized for open rooms, but should be aware there is always the chance none will be available.
- Mission Stars - Riders who raised $10,000 or more the prior year are guaranteed a free non-smoking room at the Grand Casino resort.
- Top 150 Club - Riders who earned spots in the Top 150 Club based on their fundraising the prior year are guaranteed a room at the Grand Casino resort, with priority for non-smoking.

The I Ride with MS (IRWMS) program recognizes participants living with MS. Participants in this program can earn special perks and prizes.

Team Tents
For many teams, one of the most exciting aspects of the MS 150 each year is Team Village at the Hinckley overnight on Saturday. Teams both large and small gather for food, fun, and a sense of togetherness.
All team tents must be arranged through the MS Society and our approved tent partner; no outside tents are permitted. Teams that raised $25,000 or more the prior year are eligible for a complementary team tent. All other teams are welcome to rent tents, tables, and chairs directly through the MS Society and our approved vendor in Spring 2023. For more information, contact us.
- Team Village will not open until 12 p.m. on Friday, June 9, and closes at Noon on Sunday, June 11.
- Drop off/pick up parking for Team Village and general camping:
