RV Load In Schedule
Upon reserving your RV campsite, you should have selected an arrival time. To allow for easier access and set up, RVs are staggered for entry and should not arrive outside of your scheduled time. Arrival windows are as listed below:
Friday, September 9
- 9 AM – 12 PM
- 12 PM – 3 PM
- 3 PM – 6 PM
- 6 PM – 8 PM
Event Schedule
Friday, September 9
- 3 PM: Gates open. Team Tent Village load in begins. Bike MS Lodge and tent camping are open- first come, first serve. RVs, please arrive based on your assigned arrival time.
- 3 – 7 PM: On-site registration/packet pick up available in the Commons. Bike compound open for secured storage on tennis courts.
- 5 – 9 PM: DJ entertainment in Team Tent Village
*No dinner will be provided Friday night. Need ideas for team tent catering or restaurants to visit? Here are some recommendations.
Saturday, September 10
- 5:30 AM: Gates open
- 6 AM: Bike storage compound unlocks
- 6 – 8 AM: On-site registration/packet pick up available. Breakfast by Chris Cakes in the Commons. Team photos taken at the Start Line.
- 7 AM: Opening remarks and ceremony begin at Start Line
- 7:15 AM: 2021 top teams to roll out in waves

- 7:30: 50, 75 & 100 mile routes fully open
- 8 AM: On-site packet pick up closes for the day and breakfast ends
- 8:15 AM: All cyclists for 50, 75 & 100 mile route must be on route
- 8:30 AM: Opening remarks for 25 milers & 25 mile route opens
- 9:30 AM: Start Line closes – All riders must be on route
- 10 AM: Finish Line opens – let’s celebrate!
- 12 PM: DJ entertainment and beer service begin in team tent village
- 1:30 PM: CENTURY LOOP CLOSES at Bethalto Rd – all cyclists looking to ride 100 miles must pass this segment prior to this time or they’ll be advanced to the next 75 mile rest stop.
- 3 PM – 5 PM: Bike VIP social in VIP tent. Socialize with fellow top fundraisers, I Ride with MS participants and Bike MS staff. Enjoy open bar with signature cocktails and appetizers.
- 5 – 8 PM: Dinner provided by Bella Milano in Commons
- 6 PM: Route closes
- 6:15 PM: Mission moment speaker on main stage & all participants invited to cheer on those living with MS during the Champion’s Finish at the Finish Line. I Ride with MS photos.
- 7 PM: Bike storage compound locks
- 8 PM: Beer service ends
- 10 PM: DJ entertainment ends, team tent village closes and quiet hours begin
Sunday, September 11
- 5:30 AM: Gates open
- 6 AM: Bike storage unlocks. Breakfast and on-site registration/packet pick up begin in the Commons
- 7 AM: Opening remarks & 9/11 tribute
- 7:15 AM: All routes open (25, 50, 75 & 100) rolling start
- 8 AM: On-site registration/packet pick up and breakfast close
- 8:30 AM: Start Line closes – All riders must be on route
- 10 AM: Finish Line opens. Beer service and DJ entertainment begin. Let’s celebrate!
- 12 PM: Century Loop Closes at Bunker Hill – all cyclists looking to ride 100 miles must pass this segment prior to this time or they’ll be advanced to the next 75 mile rest stop.
- 12 – 5 PM: Post ride meal by Bella Milano in the Commons
- 5 PM: Route closes and event concludes. Thank you for riding!
With a variety of route options, you can choose the challenge that’s right for you!
Pro Tip: When planning for your Bike MS ride, please take note of your selected route color in addition to the mileage to heighten your awareness of signage out on the roads!

Bike MS Kick Off Ride
Granada Cyclery is hosting a 2022 cycling season kick off ride for Bike MS cyclists! Ride options include 15, 25 and 35 mile routes. Event site opens at 7:30 AM and we roll out at 8 AM.

I Ride with MS Social

Pre Event Packet Pick Up
To best prepare for your ride, we recommend that you pick up your packet prior to event weekend- this allows you to review materials received in advance, ask Bike MS staff your questions before the event and drop off last minute donations. Please note, the $300 fundraising minimum must be met to pick up your packet and participate in Bike MS.

Safety Clinic (Virtual)
The safety of our cyclists is the #1 priority at Bike MS. Join us for a virtual Safety Clinic where we’ll talk what to wear/what to bring, rules of the road and answer your last minute questions leading into event weekend!

Bike MS is an extraordinary ride no matter where you are! Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered…
Each route includes fully-stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy the volunteers. Bike mechanics and support and gear (SAG) vehicles will also be on the route to assist you.
After the ride, we will have plenty of food at the finish line.
Event Site Festival
The fun isn’t over when you cross the finish line! So, reserve space for your team to celebrate in Team Tent Village using this form BY 11:59 PM ON AUGUST 5th.
This is everyone’s favorite place to sling burgers, enjoy FREE beer, challenge a teammate to a game of cornhole and listen to the best DJ in town courtesy of Premier Entertainment STL.

- Bike MS Indoor Lodge: Complimentary and air conditioned space is available provided on campus. Cots will not be provided. Participants must bring their own sleeping gear for accommodations; air mattress, sleeping bags, etc. Restrooms and showers are available nearby.
- Complimentary, outdoor tent camping is available and within walking distance to team village, Start/Finish Line, dining area, restrooms and showers. First come - first serve basis once campus opens at 3pm on Friday, September 9.
