Honoree
Guests will be transported to the Piedmont region of northern Italy as we feature the fine wines of Paitin and host Luca Pasquero-Elia, 8th generation winemaker, as the Honorary Chairman. Paitin was the name of a property that the Elia family originally purchased near Neive, in the province of Cuneo not far from the city of Alba. Since 1893, the Grand Cru vineyard (MGA) of Serraboella: the Sorì Paitin, has become one of the traditional expressions of Neive’s Barbaresco. You can learn more about Paitin here. The evening of May 22nd will be a great opportunity for guests to meet Luca, taste Paitin’s delicious portfolio of wines, and hear him discuss his family’s rich history and their legendary vineyards of the Piedmont.
