In fact, many streets in the city turn into pedestrian staircases once they become too steep for cars! Featuring every kind of stair imaginable, from charming wooden steps to wide concrete avenues, San Francisco is truly a top destination for Climbers, especially since the views from the top of every public staircase are uniformly spectacular.
