We’re Here for You

You are fully supported from start to finish on the Challenge Walk MS route. From water and snacks to medical volunteers, we’ve got you covered!

  • Rest Stops: Rest Stops are located along the route every 1.5 to 3 miles. These fueling stations serve as breakpoints that encourage hydration, nutrition and often, medical support.
  • Support and Gear (SAG) Vehicles: National MS Society staff and volunteers drive official event vehicles that cruise the route to show support and ensure your safety. SAGs give rides to rest stops and other destinations along the route as needed and requested. No personal SAGs are allowed on the route.
  • Remember to Hydrate, Refuel and Stretch: Check out our Training Tips and Tools page to learn more on when and what to eat and drink.
