The Bike MS Round-Up Ride offers three great route distances for you on Day One, finishing at the North Texas Fairgrounds in Denton, and one route option for Day Two to take you into Fort Worth and Panther Island Pavilion.  Each day will be equipped with full route support volunteers should you need assistance throughout the event weekend on route.

Day One- Ride with GPS links

50 Mile Route – NEW for 2023, this route will split off after Rest Stop 3 and provide one more rest stop on your way to the finish line at the North Texas Fairgrounds.

73 Mile Route – Full Day One route from the Stonebriar Mall start line to the North Texas Fairgrounds finish line.

100 Mile Route -Full Day One route with an additional loop for 100 miles.   Route split for 100-mile loop will be 1 mile after the lunch stop in Sanger (Rest Stop 5) Century patch for completion is available at the Rest Stop or the Volunteer tent event weekend.

Day Two – Ride with GPS links

60 Mile Route – Full Day 2 route from North Texas Fairgrounds in Denton to Panther Island Pavilion.

The Bike MS Roundtables are recommended for all first-time Bike MS cyclists participating in the Round-Up Ride and are designed to provide you with all the necessary information to guide you through your first Bike MS, including training, hydration/nutrition, and fundraising tips.

ALL cyclists are encouraged to attend any of the Roundtable meet-ups to gain new tips to increase your fundraising potential, and learn more about the MS mission, and WHY your fundraising is critical to ending MS forever.

2023 Bike MS Round-Up Ride – Logistics Meeting

All Bike MS participants are invited to our ‘Know Before You Go’ Logistics meeting to have all your event weekend questions answered.  Bike MS staff and leadership volunteers will review all aspects of the ride weekend including parking, start line / finish line expectations, route and rest stops, plus the extraordinary experience of the Day 1 and Day 2 finish lines.

Each fundraising week provides three opportunities to win, two for teams and one for individuals.  Teams and individuals who raise the most funds online during the fundraising week will win prizes to enhance their Bike MS weekend experience while raising the critical funds to END MS FOREVER.

The Bike MS Round-Up Ride will host various opportunities for you to pick up your rider packet before ride weekend.  Each packet pick up will enable riders to drop off funds and pick up the following:

• Rider number (Bib, helmet tags, luggage tags, etc.)
• Participant T-Shirts and sponsor goody bag
• Updated Event Weekend Information
• Top Fundraiser Jersey – when you reach $2,500 in fundraising

All participants who fundraise $300 or more are eligible to pick up their rider packet.  Team captains and teammates can pick up your packet, provided you have surpassed the $300 fundraising minimum.

Bike MS: Round Up Ride 2023 - Shuttle Transport

So you have cycled all day and need to get back to the start line and your vehicle – not to worry!  We have a few transportation options for you, depending on where you leave your car.

Luggage Transportation

Each rider is allowed TWO pieces of luggage to be transported event weekend. Drop-offs will be at the start line each day and pick up will be near the bike compound at the finish line. Tent and camping equipment will count as part of your two pieces. Each piece should weigh no more than 20 pounds, and be free from anything dangling/hanging, as these can be easily misplaced. Volunteers graciously give their time and energy to support the riders during the event, please respect them by following the luggage guidelines.

Bike MS is an extraordinary ride no matter where you are! Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered…  

Each route includes fully-stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy the volunteers. Bike mechanics and support and gear (SAG) vehicles will also be on the route to assist you.  

After the ride, we will have plenty of food at the finish line.
