Friday, September 23rd
4:30pm-6:30pm - Check in/ packet pick up will be inside the Harvey Kern Pavilion.
Saturday, September 24th: Bavarian Breakaway 2022 Day 1!
6:30-8:00am – Breakfast
7am - Check in and registration opens inside the Harvey Kern Pavilion.
7:20am – Opening Ceremonies
7:30am - Route opens and we ask that you start no later than 8am.
- For safety reasons, any rider starting after 8am will be taken to the first rest stop on the route to catch up with all the other cyclists.
10am-1pm – Lunch available on route and at finish line
10am- 5pm – Pick up your t-shirt and jersey (if you raised $1,000+) inside the pavilion after you ride.
12pm - Opening to century route closes.
- If you wish to do the century route you must be to the opening by 12pm.
5pm - Route closes. We will make every effort to work with you to complete the ride.
6pm - Dinner at Harvey Kern Pavilion.
- If you have any friends and family members that are not participating or volunteering but would like to attend, tickets are available for $10 and may be purchased at the dinner.
6:30pm - The Gear Up Celebration will begin. The program will be a short, fun, and informative with special recognition given to Team Captains, Veteran Riders, Top Fundraisers and Volunteers. It is something you will not want to miss.

6:30-8:00am – Breakfast

- If you checked in on Friday night or Saturday morning you do not have to check in on Sunday.
7:30am - Route opens and we ask that you start no later than 8am.
- For safety reasons, any rider starting after 8am will be taken to the first rest stop on the route to catch up with all the other cyclists.
10am - Opening to century route closes
- If you wish to do the century route you must be to the opening by 10am.
10am-1pm – Lunch available on route
5pm - Route closes. We will make every effort to work with you to complete the ride.
When you complete your ride there will be lunch provided at the finish line by Frankenmuth Brewery.
